Join four experts in psychology, wellbeing and performance for an evening of inspirational learning and discussion. By sharing our own personal journeys, tools, and techniques, we will be shining a light on the common patterns of fear that hold us back. You will leave feeling empowered to take action and elevate the quality of your life.

There will be four separate talks around the theme of fear and how to get from fear to freedom. You will hear from the following experts:

Anne De Witte

Entrepreneur, Leadership and Business Coach

At 56 Anne believes it is never too late to take action on your dreams. She will be sharing her personal journey of overcoming her fear of judgement by realising her childhood dreams through coaching and public speaking. Anne will provide you with the inspiration and ideas around how taking small actions can make a big impact.

For 34 years, Anne has been the owner of a lingerie shop for women and the President of the Lingerie Federation. Her clients say that if Anne can’t do it none can. Anne wants to sell a good product but more importantly she wants people to feel good in her shop. She is a support for more than 2500 Breast Cancer patients who have always left her shop with a smile. Because of this, coaching clients has become second nature. By coaching and speaking abroad, Anne has fulfilled all of the dreams that she has had since she was a child.

Ms Movell Dash LLB (Hons) Law, MAPM, ABNLP

Diversity Consultant, Personal Development and Strengths Coach

Movell will explore the concept of fear in the context of failure and feeling like a fraud, also known as Imposter Syndrome. She will take you through the definition of Imposter Syndrome and share some ideas on how to deal with it. One of the main causes of Imposter Syndrome is a lack of confidence so she will take the audience through some of the arguments for working on building strengths as a means of boosting ones confidence. The talk will finish with some helpful hints and suggestions for tackling fear of failure and Imposter Syndrome.

Movell is on a mission to help people achieve their forgotten goals and dreams; she helps people to discover the beauty of nurturing themselves as well as others. Qualified as a Personal Development and Strengths Coach, Barrister and Project Manager, Movell has enjoyed working with a variety of people and helping them to lead more fulfilled and purposeful lives based on their goals and aspirations. Movell believes that playing to your strengths builds confidence and as a Gallup certified strengths coach she is currently working with professional women, helping them to capitalise on their strengths in raising their professional game.

As a mentor Movell spent years working with school and University students and currently mentors clients in the corporate and education industries. She is also delivering Goals and Aspiration workshops to primary school children. Movell is passionate and motivated to help people achieve their highest potential and is committed to doing this through her work as a coach, mentor and speaker.

Dr. Kasia Wilk – DCounsPsych; M.Sc; B.Sc (Honors)

Chartered Counselling Psychologist & Transformation Coach

Kasia will be talking about the power of choice, and how we are often making fear based choices disguised as excuses and reasons that hold us back. Based on her own personal and professional experiences, she will be sharing the most common fears everyone faces and describe where our fears actually come from. Kasia will guide you to connect with your fear and resolve it’s root causes. With this new level of awareness, you will be able to make conscious choices with courage that lead to your big breakthroughs.

Kasia has been working in the field of psychology and personal growth for over 15 years. Her life’s mission is to empower, inspire, and guide as many people as possible along the journey of transformation. She has provided therapy, coaching, and mentorship to children, adults, couples, and families, to resolve mental and emotional distress while creating their best lives.

Coupled with her experiences of facilitating self-awareness regarding choices for her clients in therapy, she has keenly developed an expertise regarding the most common patterns of disempowering choices that almost everyone makes. She is committed to bringing this awareness to the world in order to empower people to make conscious choices that lead to more freedom, happiness, and unity on a personal and global level. In addition to running her own private practice, and doing workshops, she is developing a film production company to further take her message to the platform of interactive media.

Livon Yeow

Life Strategist, Peak Performance Coach & Personal Trainer

Liv will to show you how to change the relationship you have with fear by embracing it as part of the journey towards success. She will share her personal examples of how she ongoingly moves from fear to freedom in all areas of life. Her tools and strategies will empower you to step outside your comfort zone and go for the things you really want.

Liv is passionate about creating more conscious leaders worldwide. She is an advocate for collaboration over competition and predominantly works with busy professional men aged 35-45 who are successful in Finance and Tech. The mission? To have them live healthier, happier and more on-purpose lives – whether through an existing career or shifting into something more fulfilling that enables them to make an impact utilising their knowledge, skills and experience. Liv is also a qualified Personal Trainer and gave up the corporate gig in Market Research in 2017 to run her businesses full-time. She is also in the process of writing her first book and planning the first LivLife BIGGER® Southern African Safari retreats.

Interactive Physical Theatre, Movement & Yoga

Vjera, artist and theatre practitioner, uses movement and physical theatre to explore women’s relationship with their bodies and the link between mind and body as a vehicle to creating self-acceptance, love and transformation.

Chris, spiritual coach, photographer and fundraiser, facilitates some energetic movement to rejuvenate the mind, body and soul and creates a space for presence, self- expression and connection.

Irisha, yoga teacher and musician, facilitates a short yoga session, suitable for complete beginners, with breathing exercises and some gentle poses to ground us and connect us with our heart space.
